Privacy

Your files never leave your device. Time exports, spreadsheets and LEDES files are opened, converted and checked by JavaScript running in your browser. Their contents are not sent to us or to anyone else, and we can't see them.

What is stored in your browser

Timekeeper IDs, names, classifications and rates, invoice details per matter (client ID, matter IDs, your firm ID), your options and billing rules, and your license key are saved in your browser's local storage so you don't retype them. Clear them any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

License checks

If you buy Pro, your license key is sent to our payment provider Polar (polar.sh) to verify it, about once a day. Checkout and billing are handled by Polar as merchant of record under their privacy policy.

Usage counts

We count anonymous page views and button clicks (for example "download clicked") with a first-party counter: no cookies, no identifiers, no file data, no IP addresses stored by us, and it is off when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard request logs to deliver the site.
