LedesReady is provided as is. It helps you create and check LEDES files, but you are responsible for your invoices: review the output, your client's billing guidelines and the portal's own validation before you submit. LedesReady is not legal or billing advice, and acceptance by any particular e-billing portal is not guaranteed.

Free plan

Validation and review are unlimited. Creating or fixing LEDES files is limited to 25 line items per file.

Pro

Pro is licensed per person. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; the 7-day pass expires after 7 days. Refunds are available within 14 days if LedesReady can't produce a valid LEDES file from your export.

Acceptable use

Only process files you are authorized to access. Don't resell or redistribute license keys.

Trademarks

LEDES is a trademark of the LEDES Oversight Committee. Toggl, Clockify, Harvest, LEDES Shield, Ledesconverter, Excel and other product names are trademarks of their owners and are mentioned only to describe compatibility. LedesReady is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
