Free LEDES Template (Excel / CSV) for Time Entries

• Type — Fee or Expense
• Date — any common format
• Client, Matter, Client matter ID — one invoice per matter
• Timekeeper, Classification — e.g. "Bell, Nora", PT
• Hours / Quantity — 1.5 or 1:30 for fees; quantity for expenses
• Rate / Unit cost
• Description
• Task code, Activity code, Expense code — see the UTBMS code list

Open it in Excel or Google Sheets, add your entries, save as CSV or .xlsx, then drop it on the Excel to LEDES converter.
