UTBMS bankruptcy task codes (B-codes)

The ABA bankruptcy code set (1997) has 4 phase codes and 21 task codes (per utbms.com). Per the official notes, adversarial work in a bankruptcy — such as preference actions — is coded with the litigation code set instead. Task codes go in LINE_ITEM_TASK_CODE, with an activity code alongside.
